Supper: Panzerotti. Cutting out carbs tomorrow…
Breakfast: Beet greens sautéed in coconut oil, seasoned with nutmeg and tomatoes, and a dollop of smoked herring.
Breakfast: Salad with 2 boiled eggs.
Supper: Roasted veggies. Later had an avocado for a snack.
Breakfast: 3 fried eggs and sautéed spinach, plus the last 2 squares of a bar of 85% chocolate.
Breakfast: Salad, sautéed greens and veggies, and omelet.
Supper yesterday: Sweet ginger tea, boiled eggs and salad.
Snack yesterday: Raw cocoa beans.
Lunch yesterday: Salad and these (gross) Vega bars. I love Brendan Frazier and his vegan products, but really didn’t care for these.
